Energy center with showroom and office spaces. In the energy center infrastructural and energy technical facilities which supply energy for the site come together.
Building E2
Three building structures, standalone company gas station. Halls and workshop with office spaces. Mid to longterm remodelling into a technology center. Up until then the building is available for commercial use.
Terminal B
The main building of the airport ensemble is going to be remodeled into a center for start-ups and conventions.
