“Urban Persuasion” is Berlin TXL’s new series of dialogues, seminars and workshops focusing on urban planning, technology and culture. For the inaugural event it was a distinct pleasure to welcome Prof Greg Clark CBE, renowned urbanist, who spoke to CEO Dr Philipp Bouteiller about his new book “Global Cities – A Short History” (Brookings Institution Press, 2016) and the reemergence of Berlin as a new global city.
