Germany’s biggest cultural event, the “Tag des offenen Denkmals” (Open Monument Day), will also take place in 2023. Throughout Germany, on September 9 and 10, interested people are invited to learn more about places that are protected as monuments. The former Berlin TXL airport site can also be explored on guided tours. There will be a look back into the history of the iconic building ensemble but also a look ahead to the urban innovation center Berlin TXL.
