The former Lufthansa hangar offers spacious, open-span areas with workshops and offices. Starting in 2027, it will be converted into a training facility for the Berlin Fire and Rescue Service Academy (BFRA), serving as a weather-protected training area. Until then, the hangar is available for a variety of interim uses.

Usage possibilities
Interim usage: versatile usable hall and workshop areas (without support beams) with ceiling heating. Attached administration block with workshops. Depending on the use a building permit might be required.
