The testing grounds in Berlin TXL are suitable for a wide range of applications: from autonomous vehicles and networked transport systems, drone technology and automated logistics solutions to manned and unmanned flight concepts for passenger transportation. Security technologies, for example in sensor technology for protection and surveillance tasks, as well as intelligent systems for traffic management in the air and on the road can also be tested and further developed here under controlled conditions.
